Preview and eligibility
These Terms of Use apply when you access or use the SnapTour development preview. The preview turns property photographs and a readable floor plan into draft video-tour content. It is intended for controlled testing in the United States and is not yet a generally available customer service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to agree to these terms. If you use SnapTour for a business, brokerage, property owner, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organization.
Your content and permissions
You keep any ownership rights you have in the photographs, floor plans, project instructions, and other materials you submit. You are responsible for the content you provide and for the property advertising that results from it.
Before submitting content, you must have all rights and permissions needed to:
- use and modify the property photographs and floor plan;
- depict the property, its contents, address, and other identifying details;
- include any person, artwork, trademark, or private information visible in the media; and
- authorize SnapTour and its service providers to process the content as described here.
Do not submit media that you are not authorized to use. Remove people, documents, access codes, security details, and other sensitive information that is not necessary for the tour.
How content is processed
You give SnapTour a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, copy, transmit, resize, analyze, transform, and generate material from your content only as needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the requested project workflow. This permission lasts while the content is retained under the Privacy Notice and ends when it is deleted, subject to limited backup, legal, and security retention.
SnapTour uses third-party infrastructure and AI services to perform the workflow. This currently includes OpenRouter routing requests to OpenAI and fal.ai providing access to Seedance 2.0, along with hosting, database, queue, storage, and backup providers. Those providers may process submitted content and generated material under their own terms and privacy commitments.
AI outputs and rights
SnapTour does not claim ownership of your submitted content. Your ability to use an AI-generated output depends on applicable law, the rights in your inputs, and relevant provider terms.
AI output may not qualify for copyright protection and may not be unique. Similar material may be generated for others. SnapTour does not promise that an output is exclusive, protectable, or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for deciding whether and how an output may be published or licensed.
Review and disclosure
Generative models can invent, remove, reshape, or misplace property details. They can also produce distorted transitions, misleading dimensions, or motion that implies a connection between rooms that does not exist. A successful technical render is not proof that the tour accurately represents the property.
Before publishing, you must compare the complete tour with the original photographs, the floor plan, and the property itself. Keep the original source media and correct or reject inaccurate output. Do not publish an output that SnapTour marks as failed or that you know is misleading.
Every published tour must include a clear AI disclosure. The default disclosure is: AI-generated property tour. Transitions and reconstructed views may contain inaccurate or invented details and may not precisely depict the property. Verify the tour against the original photographs, floor plan, and an in-person inspection.
You must also follow any stronger disclosure or original-image access requirement imposed by law, your listing platform, an MLS, or a professional association. Certain California property advertising may require conspicuous notice that media was digitally altered and a public link to the original, unaltered images.
Prohibited use
You may not use SnapTour to:
- create a materially false or deceptive impression of a property, its condition, dimensions, features, boundaries, view, or surroundings;
- hide a known defect or present an invented permanent feature as real;
- create or distribute housing advertising that discriminates, expresses an unlawful preference, or violates fair housing requirements;
- submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
- remove required disclosures, source access, provenance, or safety information;
- publish output that failed required review or use the service for fraud, abuse, harassment, exploitation, or unlawful activity; or
- probe, disrupt, bypass limits, or gain unauthorized access to SnapTour or its providers.
Professional responsibilities
SnapTour is a media-generation tool. It is not a real estate broker, appraiser, home inspector, architect, surveyor, MLS, or legal adviser. It does not verify ownership, square footage, measurements, property condition, code compliance, room connections, listing claims, or disclosure obligations.
You remain responsible for professional review and for compliance with applicable laws, brokerage policies, advertising standards, fair housing rules, MLS rules, and platform requirements. Seek qualified professional or legal advice when needed.
Storage and availability
SnapTour is not an archive or backup service. Keep independent copies of all original photographs, floor plans, instructions, disclosures, and exported videos. Project links and signed media links may expire or stop working.
Content is retained and deleted according to the Privacy Notice retention schedule. The preview may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed while core generation and review workflows are being developed.
Access and changes
SnapTour may restrict or end preview access, pause a project, or remove content when needed to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, enforce these terms, or manage preview capacity.
These terms may change as the product and applicable requirements develop. The effective date will be updated when changes are posted. Material changes will be communicated where practical before they apply.
